As a customer at Lensstore you can, with three clicks of a button, repeat your latest purchase of contact lenses or an order made farther back in time (see below under order history). This can be performed in two different ways; either you are automatically logged in when you arrive at Lensstore, which means Lensstore has recognized you as a customer and logged you in (if you checked the box "Remember me" in the member login box) or you can log in manually by entering your e-mail address and password. When you are logged in a box will pop up where you can choose to repeat your last purchase of contact lenses.

Membership account

At the time of your first purchase Lensstore automatically creates a private membership account for you. Through your membership account you get access to a number of services developed to ease your future purchases. This means you don't have to enter all your information again when you want to order, it's already saved to your membership account. Among other things you can also choose your own password for your membership account and change it anytime you want.

Delivery status

You can find the status of your current order under the "Order history" heading.

Order history

In the heading "Order history" you can find your previous purchases of contact lenses sorted by order date. You can find exactly what contact lenses and lens solution you ordered by looking at the date of the order. You can with a few pushes of a button repeat a previously made order.

Contact lens subscription (launching soon!)

Soon Lensstore will launch a contact lens subscription service that will make sure you never run out of contact lenses! By using the contact lens subscription you can ensure yourself of a simple and hassle free delivery made at just the right time. No obligations are assumed with the subscription and you keep total control. You can at any time, through your membership account, change the rate of delivery, hold the subscription for a period of time/number of deliveries and/or cancel your subscription.
