Can I cancel my purchase?Yes, as a customer you can cancel your purchase up to 14 days from the day you received the product. The product needs to be returned in its unbroken (still sealed) original package and not be destroyed or damaged. In case the contact lenses have been repackaged in one of our special packages then neither the contact lenses nor their container/package can be destroyed or in any other way damaged. In case of a cancelled purchase the price of postage will be paid by you as a customer. |
